<description>We Pop Draft pop-culture, just like the mock drafts of sports fans, but we don't draft athletes, we draft everything else.
The rules of The Pop Draft are simple, we draw for the pick order, we select our teams in a serpentine style and we create our lineup. We're creating lineups of movies, comics, music, games, toys, televisions, celebrities, cereals, animals... you name it. As for the picks that were close to getting drafted but didn’t make the cut, we’ll throw in some honorable mentions for them at the end. Those honorables then become a pool that add/drops can be selected from. Throw in trades and steals for drama, and you have yourself an official Pop Draft. Who’s lineup is the best? That’s up to you, the listener.
Every week Drew, James and Andy mock draft a 7 man team comprised of their favorite people, places or things. We draft everything from cereal to serial killers, and all topics in between. Listen to find out if any of their dream teams match your own. Listen to hear news and details about the world of pop-culture. Listen to get turned on to some fun and amazing content being pushed to us in a world of ever-expanding entertainment services.
What/Who would you have added? Who/What would you have dropped? Let us know on Twitter @TheDraftPod.

<description>Wes has come back! To the Draft Podcast…
…and he did so to finish what he started the last time he was here. We had so many good picks during the first round, but we didn’t even skim the surface of what the 2000-2009 decade gave us for comedy! We still don’t feel like we’ve done the time frame justice, so expect a round 3 somewhere down the road.
We drafted ‘2000’s Comedies’ for a second time, no repeat picks (except for some last round honorable mentions), yet all of them are first round quality!
Hit us up on Twitter and let us know what we forgot. @TheDraftPod.
Thank you so much for listening and tell your friends about us. We want EVERYONE YOU KNOW. Sorry, my shift key got stuck.

<itunes:subtitle>Wes Allen is a good brother of The Draft Pod, some might say an unofficial member of the trio, making it a double duo. Some might even say he likens to Paul Rudd’s unofficial status with The State comedy troupe, which is ever so fitting because we drafted ‘2000’s Comedies’!</itunes:subtitle>

<description>On this episode of The Draft Podcast, the guys are joined by actor, writer, producer Wes Allen. Wes is a good brother of The Draft Pod, some might say an unofficial member of the trio, making it a double duo. Some might even say he’s liken to Paul Rudd’s unofficial status with The State comedy troupe, which is ever so fitting because we drafted ‘2000’s Comedies’!
These are all of the best comedy movies that were released between the years 2000-2009. A decade dominated by a group of comedians, writers and comedy actors that orbited around each other to create some of the greatest comedy films in mankind’s history.
